New Castle County Vendor Self-Service is a secure login site for new vendors to register and existing vendors to manage their information. The site is integrated with the New Castle County Financial System and allows vendors to:
The County strongly suggests all vendors to register. The registration guide for Existing vendors and New vendors will guide you through the completion of your company/individual profile and the selection of a username and password that will be used to manage your account in the future. Please note, registration does not imply authorization to do business or that a contract is approved with New Castle County. All vendors must complete and sign a (W-9 form). Any registration that does not have a W-9 attached will not be activated. If this is your first time visiting the site, you may register as a vendor by clicking on the "Registration" button.
